Paris-based photographer and art director, Mélanie Doh defines a singular visual language at the intersection of fashion and fine art photography.
Her work explores the body as a form to be sculpted, a silent territory where tension, softness, and strangeness meet. She builds her images through a search for balance, allowing the eye to move freely between forms, attitudes, and subjects, revealing a quality that is both romantic and restrained.
Guided by a pictorial approach, she composes each image with precision, working with light, pose, gaze, texture, and space with subtlety. Her photographs, both stripped-back and embodied, are defined by their strength, restraint, and timeless quality.
She collaborates with brands, magazines, and talents from the worlds of music, cinema, and fashion, including Rochas, Vogue, Charles de Vilmorin, La Villa Noailles, Numéro Magazine, Shadowplay Magazine, Schön! Magazine × Musée d’Orsay, IMG Models, Women Agency, Crystal Models Management, Pierre de Maere, Camélia Jordana, Universal Music, and Sony Music.
